Chef Kahn has successfully captured the flavors of New Orleans and brought it home to downtown Jacksonville.

With more than 20 years of experience in culinary excellence, Executive Chef Kahn Vongdara is always striving to improve our menu and add a touch of creativity to every dish.

His passion for the culinary arts has inspired him to be the absolute best in every aspect of high-end dining for more than 20 years. He is also equally creative and extremely knowledgeable in the many facets of the food service industry, such as inventory control, food and labor budgeting, menu design and the management of multiple locations.

Chef Kahn takes great pride in being a visionary of the food service industry. His years of experience include being the head of many new and innovative seafood and specialty restaurants from start to finish. His primary objective is to use all of his culinary skills to cater to his customers taste buds with a variety of cuisine. Chef Kahn's executive status comes after years of diligence in mastering the fine art of Continental-Fusion. He is more than qualified to compete with top chefs of the world.
